Brendan has more than 15 years experience in Capital Markets. At Pointus Partners, Brendan is responsible for the operations and technology of the Firm. Prior to Pointus, Brendan was Senior Manager of Compliance for 3Macs, and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer for Tactex Asset Management. Brendan joined Pointus in October 2017.
Managing Director
Anwar Rahal has more than 10 years of experience in the Trading and Capital Markets industry. His career in the trading industry began as a Proprietary Trader for an independent trading firm in Montreal. Upon completion of his MBA from McGill University Anwar joined a Montreal based institutional broker as part of the equity research team and Institutional Sales division. Anwar joined Pointus in 2010.
Managing Director
James Wiseman has more than 12 years of experience in the Trading and Capital Markets industry. After graduating with a bachelor in finance from Bishop’s University in 2006 he began working at Penson Canada as an Account Manager. In 2008 James worked as a Bond Trader for MD finance for two years. His path lead him to Pointus in 2010, where he is now a Managing Director.
